  • The eyewear must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All labels, accessories, and inserts must remain intact.

  • Prescription glasses and custom-made lenses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item will be replaced at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • The refund period may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
