The eyewear must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

All labels, accessories, and inserts must remain intact.

Prescription glasses and custom-made lenses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item will be replaced at no additional cost.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
